Bad Wonder-Under

There's some bad acid running around the quilting world lately, and I'm ready to cry. I've been trying to get this f-ing Wonder-Under to work and it just won't adhere to the fabric!! Thankfully FiberMania has posted extensively about the "Bad Wonder-Under" so I've stopped thinking that I'm a complete moron. But I'm losing valuable time here!! And the Pellon website is down, so I can't even file a customer service complaint and get some replacement fusible. F-ing Wonder-Under!!!
.Weepy.

Pick up the needles and knit. There's no Wonder-Under involved. (what the heck is wonder-under anyway?)

If you can separate the WU from its backing paper--I'm talking, before you fuse it--then you can fuse it using a teflon sheet (June Tailor brand, at Joann's for less than 10 bucks) and the teflon comes right off, unlike the paper backing. Of course, this doesn't help tonight, cause they're closed....

And I forgot to say, I can totally sympathize with the bad WU agony. So sorry.

Oh dear, if I had read this yesterday I could have brought some of the good stuff in for you today. Want me to dig it out tonight & bring it to SnB on Wednesday. Will it be too late then or have you got the problem solved?

I also hate it when a project gets put on hold because of something like that. Well shit happens; life goes on *smile* just knit it out!
